Soft Breads & Sweet Buns workshop is a comprehensive hands-on workshop. participants will be able to understand the elements of soft bread and sweet buns and learn how to produce Hotdog bread, Cinnamon and raisins rolls, Floss Bun, Red Bean Bun (Filled Bun), Sugar Bun, Sausage Bun, Mini Pizza and Cheese bun.
Making these delicious buns is not as difficult as you think, you just need to be a bit patient. These buns are hand-crafted using traditional methods. Hence you do not need any professional machines to make it at home.

Method: Demonstration and hands-on.
Duration: 8 hours (Excluding 1hour lunch break)

In this one-day comprehensive hands-on workshop, participants will be able to understand the elements of soft bread and sweet buns and learn how to produce several types of soft breads.

Content Soft Breads & Sweet Buns workshop:

• List and describe the ingredients and their function in basic sweet dough
• Produce basic sweet dough using straight dough method
• Scale and shape dough by hand into desired shapes.
• Proof and bake dough to a satisfactory standard
• Produce 2 types of soft breads (Hotdog bread and Cinnamon and raisins rolls)
• Produce 6 types of sweet buns (Floss Bun,Red Bean Bun (Filled Bun), Sugar Bun,Sausage Bun, Mini Pizza and Cheese bun)
• Cool and store baked goods in appropriate manner
