The class will cover various techniques for transferring and adapting to your cake-making. Participants will go with a beautiful centrepiece they can use for their portfolio or enjoy and share.

At the end of the course, you’ll receive a Gra Baking Academy Certificate.

• Bake our signature Vanilla cake.
• Learn how to adapt the recipe for other flavours.
• Make Swiss meringue buttercream.
• Layering and filling your cakes with the buttercreams.
• Colour Swiss meringue buttercream for covering your cakes with a watercolour effect.
• Cover the cake with an on-trend textured watercolour Swiss meringue buttercream finish.
• Learn how to make a semi-naked tier.
• Securely stack a two-tier cake.
• Choose, prepare, design and decorate with fresh flowers.
