In this fully hands-on baking class, participants will acquire the skills and knowledge of making Focaccia and Ciabatta.


What you will be learning :
• List and describe the ingredients and their function in flat bread dough
• Produce dough using straight dough method
• Scale and shape dough by hand into desired shapes
• Proof and bake dough to a satisfactory standard
• Produce 2 types of flat breads (Focaccia and Ciabatta)
• Cool and store baked goods in appropriate manner
