In this one-day comprehensive hands-on workshop, participants will be able to understand the elements of soft bread and sweet buns and lean how to produce several types of soft breads.
What you will be learning :
• List and describe the ingredients and their function in basic sweet dough
• Produce basic sweet dough using straight dough method
• Scale and shape dough by hand into desired shapes.
• Proof and bake dough to a satisfactory standard
• Produce 2 types of soft breads (Hotdog bread and Cinnamon and raisins rolls)
• Produce 6 types of sweet buns (Floss Bun,Red Bean Bun (Filled Bun), Sugar Bun,Sausage Bun, Mini Pizza and Cheese bun)
• Cool and store baked goods in appropriate manner
