FAQ
- Individuals who would like to learn to how to bake.
- Individuals who are working in F & B to develop their skills in baking.
- Individuals who might be keen on joining the F& B industry.
- Individuals who wish to obtain the technical skills required to start a bakery business.
Maximum – 10 participants in one class.
Minimum – 4 participants to commence the class.
(Class will be rescheduled if there are not enough participants to commence the class, and we’ll inform the registered participants minimum 3 days in advance)
Delivery:
- Mini lectures with presentations and videos to explain concepts and theories.
- Practical activities include live demonstrations and hands-on practice.

Funding Support for Self-Sponsored Trainees
WSQ Course Fee Funding
- Up to 70% subsidy for Singaporeans aged 40 and above
- Up to 50% subsidy for Singaporeans aged 21 to 39
- Up to 50% subsidy for Singapore Permanent Residents aged 21 and above
SkillsFuture Credit
- Remaining course fees after subsidies can be claimed using SkillsFuture Credit (for Singaporeans aged 25 and above)
- Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) funds can also be used, if available
Funding Support for Employer-Sponsored Trainees
WSQ Course Fee Subsidies
- Up to 70% course fee funding for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 21 and above, under SMEs
Additional Support for SMEs
- Absentee Payroll up to $4.50 per hour
- SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) is available to further support training cost.
